La struttura si trova in una posizione eccezionale proprio sulla riva del lago, con una vista incantevole da ogni contesto della struttura. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e luminose, con panorami impagabili, e i letti sono molto comodi garantendo un ottimo riposo. Il bagno è elegante e dotato di doccia di dimensioni generose. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile e attento alle richieste degli ospiti. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e offre una varietà di prodotti locali. La struttura mette a disposizione un parcheggio interno e servizio lavanderia a pagamento.
Un ospite ha lamentato un fastidioso rumore di acqua che scorre durante la notte, proveniente probabilmente dal piano sopra la camera, che ha influenzato la qualità del sonno.
